Who is the controller?
FINSTECH LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
- Identity and contact data you submit (for example name, email, company and message content) via enquiry forms, when a form endpoint is enabled.
- Booking data if you schedule a discovery call through an embedded scheduler (name, email and related booking fields processed by that provider), when a scheduler is enabled.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and device information that may be collected by our hosting provider in server logs.
- Preference data stored locally on your device (for example light/dark theme preference via local storage, and your analytics cookie choice).
- Usage data if you accept optional analytics cookies (for example pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and interactions such as button clicks), processed by Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager.
We ask for your consent before setting optional analytics cookies. We do not currently send marketing or newsletter email from leads captured on this site. See our cookie policy for details.
How we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries and provide information about our services.
- To arrange and run discovery calls or follow-up conversations you request.
- To operate, secure and improve the website (including diagnosing faults).
- To measure and improve the website when you accept optional analytics cookies (aggregated usage statistics and conversion reporting).
- To meet legal obligations where applicable.
Lawful bases
Depending on the activity, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries and operating a B2B marketing website in a way you would reasonably expect.
- Contract: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or performing a contract if you become a client.
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
- Consent: where we ask for it (for example optional analytics cookies).

Retention
Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing client relationship or for legal reasons. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s practices and our operational needs.
